Returns and Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase! If not, we’re happy to help.

Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 calendar days of delivery (including weekends and holidays).

To be eligible, items must meet the conditions below.

Items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, no damage)
  • With all original tags and packaging
  • Returned within the 7-day window

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined or subject to a restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate accessories (such as earrings or undergarments)

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color, if the item is available.

To reserve your replacement item, let us know in your return request.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We’ll notify you via email once your return is processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we made an error or the item is defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Shuu is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please try the following steps before reaching out to us:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement
  • Contact your payment provider

Please complete our Return Request Form to start your return or exchange.

We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.

If your item was received damaged or incorrect, please include a photo in your request. Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
