Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently offer:
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $5.99
- Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days): $11.99
- Free Shipping on orders over $75
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
Shipping Destinations
United States
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
International Shipping (Coming Soon)
We’re working on expanding to international destinations.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
- Carrier disruptions
- Weather or natural events
- High order volume
Shuu is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed to the carrier, or for packages marked as “delivered” that are lost or stolen.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
If you spot an error after checkout, contact us immediately at support@shuuglobal.com — changes may not be possible once your order ships.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
If you purchase a pre-order or backordered item, the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page. Your order may be held until the full order is ready to ship.
